Ignoring Nutrition and Hydration Can Affect Your Evaluation of Lifewave Products
You’ve put on your LifeWave X39 patch. You’re wearing it consistently. You’re following the recommended placement instructions. You’re being patient and giving yourself time to evaluate your experience. But there’s another important question you should ask: By ignoring nutrition and hydration, are you giving your body what it needs to function at its best? That brings us to another common mistake I believe LifeWave users can make:
Mistake #6: Ignoring Nutrition and Hydration
It’s easy to become so focused on the patch we’re wearing that we overlook the body underneath it. LifeWave X39 isn’t a substitute for proper nutrition, adequate hydration, sleep, physical activity or appropriate medical care.
While there isn’t evidence showing that poor nutrition causes an X39 patch itself to stop functioning, ignoring nutrition and hydration can affect how your body feels and functions—which can also make it more difficult to evaluate your overall wellness experience. In other words, don’t look only at the patch. Pay attention to the person wearing it.
Why Hydration Matters When Using LifeWave X39
Hydration isn’t something I’m arbitrarily adding to the discussion. LifeWave’s instructions for X39 specifically advise users to keep well hydrated while using the product. There’s a good reason hydration is important to overall health.
Water is involved in virtually every major system in the body. It helps regulate body temperature, transport nutrients, support digestion, maintain blood volume and support normal cellular function. Even mild dehydration can affect how you feel.
Fatigue, headaches, dizziness and reduced physical performance can all be associated with inadequate hydration. Now consider what happens when you’re trying to evaluate your experience with LifeWave X39.
If you’re chronically dehydrated and feeling sluggish, tired or experiencing headaches, you have another variable affecting the way you feel. That doesn’t mean drinking more water somehow “turns on” your X39 patch. It means something much simpler: Your body needs water to function properly.
Ignoring Nutrition and Hydration Can Complicate Your Wellness Journey
Nutrition works much the same way. Your body requires protein, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and other nutrients to carry out its normal biological processes. Protein supplies amino acids used throughout the body. Minerals such as magnesium and zinc participate in numerous biological processes. Vitamin C has roles in normal collagen formation and antioxidant protection. Copper is involved in normal energy metabolism, connective tissue formation and other physiological processes.
The point isn’t that consuming one particular nutrient will suddenly produce better LifeWave X39 results. The point is that your body requires adequate nutrition whether you’re wearing a phototherapy patch or not. A wellness product doesn’t eliminate your body’s basic nutritional requirements.
Your Body Still Needs the Raw Materials
Think of it this way. You can have a construction crew ready to work, but the crew still needs building materials. Your body is constantly maintaining tissues, producing enzymes, generating energy and carrying out thousands of biochemical reactions. Those processes require raw materials. Food and water provide many of them. That’s why I believe it makes little sense to become completely focused on whether a LifeWave patch is “working” while ignoring the fundamentals of taking care of the body wearing it. We shouldn’t expect any wellness product to compensate for consistently poor lifestyle habits.
Could Nutritional Deficiencies Affect Your LifeWave X39 Experience?
This is an area where we need to be careful. There isn’t good evidence demonstrating that being deficient in a particular vitamin or mineral prevents the LifeWave X39 patch from functioning. But nutritional deficiencies themselves can certainly affect health and how someone feels.
For example, certain deficiencies can contribute to fatigue, weakness or other symptoms. That creates an important question. Suppose you’re evaluating X39 based primarily on your energy level, but you’re also deficient in a nutrient that’s contributing to fatigue. You may conclude X39 isn’t doing anything for you. But there may be other factors contributing to what you’re experiencing. That’s why your entire wellness picture matters.
Don’t Guess About Nutritional Deficiencies
This doesn’t mean you should immediately purchase a cabinet full of supplements. More isn’t necessarily better. Some nutrients can cause problems when consumed in excessive amounts, and supplements can interact with medications or certain medical conditions.
If you believe you may have a nutritional deficiency, consider discussing your concerns with a qualified healthcare professional. When appropriate, laboratory testing can provide much more useful information than simply guessing.
This is especially important if you’re experiencing persistent fatigue, weakness or other unexplained symptoms. Don’t automatically blame the patch. But don’t automatically blame your diet either. Find out what’s actually going on.
What About Vegans and Vegetarians?
Being vegan or vegetarian doesn’t mean LifeWave X39 won’t work. A well-planned plant-based diet can provide excellent nutrition. However, depending on the foods being consumed, people following vegan or vegetarian diets may need to pay particular attention to nutrients such as vitamin B12, iron, zinc, calcium, iodine, vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids. But this isn’t exclusively a vegan or vegetarian issue. Someone can eat meat three times a day and still have a poor diet. A diet dominated by highly processed foods isn’t automatically nutritionally complete simply because it includes animal products. So the important question isn’t “Do you eat meat?” It’s “Are you giving your body the nutrition it needs?”
LifeWave Is Emphasizing Cellular Nutrition Too
I find it particularly interesting that LifeWave itself is placing greater emphasis on nutrition alongside its phototherapy technology. LifeWave’s Cellular Performance System combines the X39 patch with nutritional products intended to provide nutritional support for normal cellular processes.
The company’s messaging increasingly discusses cellular nutrition and providing the body with appropriate nutritional inputs. To me, there’s an important principle behind that approach:
-
- Wellness isn’t one-dimensional.
- A patch doesn’t replace nutrition.
- Nutrition doesn’t replace hydration.
- Hydration doesn’t replace sleep.
- Exercise doesn’t replace proper nutrition.
- And none of these replaces appropriate medical care when it’s needed.
They’re different parts of a much larger wellness picture.
Ignoring Nutrition and Hydration: Questions to Ask Yourself
If you’ve been using LifeWave X39 and aren’t experiencing what you expected, don’t immediately assume that you need another patch—or that X39 simply “doesn’t work.” Take an honest look at your overall wellness routine and ask yourself:
-
- Am I drinking enough water throughout the day?
- Am I regularly eating nutrient-dense foods?
- Am I getting adequate protein?
- Am I eating fruits and vegetables?
- Am I getting adequate sleep?
- Am I following the recommended X39 instructions consistently?
- Am I physically active within my abilities?
- Could I have a nutritional deficiency or underlying health issue that should be evaluated?
None of these things guarantees a particular result from LifeWave X39. But addressing the fundamentals gives you a better foundation from which to evaluate your own wellness experience.
Don’t Ask a Patch to Do Everything
This may be the most important point of all. Sometimes we’re willing to try a new wellness technology while remaining unwilling to change the habits that may be working against our overall health.
We want better energy—but we’re sleeping five hours a night. We want to feel better—but we’re barely drinking water. We want our bodies to function better—but we’re feeding them primarily highly processed foods. Then we put on a patch and expect it to compensate for everything else. I don’t believe that’s a reasonable expectation.
LifeWave X39 should be viewed as one component of a larger wellness strategy—not as a replacement for taking care of yourself.
Ignoring Nutrition and Hydration Gives Your Body Nothing to Work With
I believe God created the human body with an extraordinary ability to maintain itself, adapt and respond to the environment around it. But taking care of that body is still our responsibility. There are many things we can’t control. We can’t control our age. We can’t control our genetics. We can’t control everything we’re exposed to. But there are many things we can influence.
We can drink water. We can choose more nutrient-dense foods. We can get adequate protein. We can prioritize sleep. We can remain physically active within our abilities. And we can seek professional medical guidance when something doesn’t seem right.
So if you’re using LifeWave X39 and wondering why your experience doesn’t resemble someone else’s testimonial, don’t look only at the patch. Look at the entire wellness picture. Ignoring nutrition and hydration may mean overlooking two of the most basic things your body needs every single day.
Drink your water. Nourish your body. Follow the recommended X39 instructions. Be consistent. Be patient. And give your body the nutritional foundation it needs to do what God designed it to do.
Individual experiences and results vary. LifeWave products are intended for general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Adequate nutrition and hydration support normal health but have not been proven to guarantee or increase results from LifeWave X39 or other LifeWave patches.
